Q: I submitted my article(s) to ArticleFinders.com X days ago, but I can't find them on the site. When will they be approved?
A: Unfortunately we can't give an exact date when an article will be approved. We get several hundreds of articles submitted each month and we can't review/approve them all.

Q: Can you send me an email when my article will be approved at ArticleFinders.com?
A: Subscribe to our feed, then you'll see when you're article has been approved. You can subscribe both via email and RSS.

Q: I received a PDF invoice from you, but now the link is broken. What should I do?
A: 60 days after we've issued a PDF invoice it's removed from our public document archive (i.e. the link will "break"). If you need a copy of the invoice after 60 days you can always contact support and request a new copy. Please provide as much details as you can (for example invoice number).

Q: How do I submit an article directory to your list of article directories?
A: Use the form at www.xaviermedia.com/webmasters/article-directories/. Make sure you're as detailed and accurate as possible, because that will help us review your article directory.

Q: I submitted my site at www.xaviermedia.com/webmasters/article-directories/ but it hasn't showed up yet. What's wrong?
A: Probably because it's a site, we only accept article direcotries at www.xaviermedia.com/webmasters/article-directories/. To submit a site, please visit our directory at www.xaviermedia.ws. Link submisions using the contact form will just be ignored.
